This England

'This England' is a 55-foot narrowboat with a beam of 6 feet 10 inches, built by Southwest Durham and previously part of the CLC hire fleet. Designed with the highly sought-after reverse layout, she offers a well-thought-out and spacious interior.

Entry is through the stern steps, leading directly into a comfortable lounge area that sets the tone for relaxed living aboard. The galley follows, equipped with a fridge, oven, and stove—ideal for preparing meals on the move.

Continuing forward, there is a twin berth cabin offering flexible sleeping arrangements, followed by a well-appointed bathroom. At the bow lies the master bedroom, complete with a side hatch that allows for extra light and ventilation, as well as a pleasant view of the surroundings.
