Slimline Tonic

A well presented and spacious modern narrowboat with extremely attractive features throughout. This boat is clearly much cherished and would make an ideal holiday home or live aboard.

Externally, the hull was blacked and fitted with 4 new anodes in 2023. Slimline Tonic is painted in a sleek navy blue livery with cream decoration and full cratch cover over the bow, protecting you from the unpredictable British climate.

Entering the boat from the semi-traditional stern deck, the interior flows beautifully through the boat with smart oak-faced panelling to the cabin sides.

This boat has a reverse layout, meaning that the galley is the first place you come to - very handy for making drinks for the skipper! Smart marble worktops feature here, as well as sink and drainer, fridge, built in oven and hob, microwave, plus the essential storage that everyone needs in a kitchen. There is even an Indesit washing machine/dryer!

Following on from the galley is a well-proportioned dinette and saloon. The dinette can be converted into a double berth as required. The saloon has two easy chairs, a solid fuel stove and a built-in tv/shelving unit. A Houdini hatch features overhead as well as a side-hatch to flood the area with light and fresh air on sunny days.

Next along is the walk-through bathroom with a shower cubicle, basin with storage below and pump-out toilet.

The final cabin is the bedroom. This comes with a cross-double berth and has storage units above and to both sides of the bed. 'Porthole' style windows add to the maritime feel. Steps then lead you out onto the bow deck which has bench seating and is fitted with an 'A' frame.
