Step aboard Doc, a much-loved narrowboat which has been in the care of her current owners since originally built in 2003. Painted in a classic navy blue, this boat boasts both a cratch cover and a pram hood, providing excellent protection for all weather conditions. Of particular note is her new engine and central heating system, both fitted in 2024.

Designed with a popular reverse layout, you enter directly into the spacious galley, which is exceptionally well equipped to meet all your needs. It features generous worktop and cupboard space, a built-in oven, stovetop, under counter fridge and the added conveniences of a 240v freezer and a washing machine, both of which are included in the sale. There’s also a dedicated area currently used as a desk space, ideal for remote working or hobby use.

Moving forward, the bathroom is well-appointed with a toilet, basin, and shower cubicle, offering comfort and functionality.

The bedroom follows, complete with wardrobe storage to accommodate your clothing and personal items with ease.

At the bow of the boat is the saloon, a warm and inviting space featuring a solid-fuel stove for cosy evenings. The oak wood interior throughout adds a timeless charm and a homely feel. Double doors open out onto the bow deck, where there is seating to either side.
