Sigillindis

A rare opportunity to purchase this much-loved narrowboat, which was fitted out and cared for by the current owner since first constructed in 2004. Sigillindis was last blacked in 2024, the roof painted in 2025, engine serviced in 2026, and is in possession of a Boat Safety Certificate valid until 2029.

Equally suitable as a holiday home or live-aboard, the ash-faced wooden interior is designed to provide loads of storage spaces and cupboards, and the boat is offered for sale to include most of the fixtures, fittings and equipment currently on board.

A semi-traditional stern provides good locker space, and this is followed by steps into a living area which contains bench seating to one side and a desk to the other, which can be converted to provide a double cross-bed. A small water closet is tucked in here providing an en-suite washbasin and cassette toilet.

Moving forward, there is a fixed double bedroom with wardrobe and shelves, and then the main bathroom which has a pump-out toilet, vanity unit, and hip bath with overhead shower. The bathroom also benefits from a heated towel rail.

The galley is very attractive with a smart built in eye-level oven, separate hob, sink, under counter fridge, and plenty of cupboards and shelves. A side hatch also features here for ventilation when needed.

Finally there is a comfortable saloon area with dining table and seats plus a separate sofa. This furniture can be converted to provide an additional 2 single beds for visiting guests.

Double doors lead to a covered bow deck with bench seating to either side.
