A 40ft 2004 Calder Island 4 berth cruiser stern narrowboat
Mary Alice is an adorable floating home, ready to set off on her next adventure on the waterways.
Step in through the traditional boatman’s cabin and you’ll find a cosy bedroom featuring a double bed and some overhead storage.
Moving forward, the boat opens into a bright and welcoming open-plan galley and saloon area. The well-equipped galley includes a four-burner hob with cooker, a practical worktop for food preparation, a round sink, a fridge, and ample storage to keep everything neatly tucked away.
Cleverly concealed behind doors within the galley area is the smart shower room, complete with a cassette toilet and a shower with curtain.
The saloon offers warm, cosy vibes with a sofa bed that easily converts into a double bed for visiting friends or family. There’s also a foldaway dining table with two chairs, perfect for relaxed meals onboard. To keep things snug on cooler canal days, a charming solid fuel stove adds both warmth and character to the space.
Stepping out onto the bow, there's space for a couple of easy chairs.
