Real Ale

Real Ale has had one careful owner since retiring as a holiday fleet boat in 2024. This smart, well-presented narrowboat with its flexible layout is ideally sized for couples or small families.

Real Ale has a reverse layout, resulting in the stern steps leading down into the saloon area, which is designed as seating and dining table which can be converted into a double bed when needed.

The galley area is well equipped with oven and hob, sink/drainer, under counter fridge, microwave and cupboard space.

The bathroom is fitted with a good sized hip bath with shower overhead and shower curtain. There is also a vanity unit with washbasin, and a pump out toilet.

At the bow end of the boat there is a fixed double berth, with steps leading up to a side hatch at the side. There's also a full height wardrobe, table and storage drawer under the bed.
