This sizeable narrowboat was originally designed to provide holiday accommodation for up to 8 people. She would now make a fantastic project, with plenty of potential to personalise.

From the semi-traditional stern, you enter a cabin with a single bunk beds and storage shelves opposite. This leads through to the first bathroom, fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Moving forward are two separate double cabins, both with wardrobe storage, followed by a second bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The toilets are currently disconnected but could be reconnected with relative ease.

Further forward is an additional cabin with single berths, making the layout well suited for larger groups or families. The galley provides shelving, storage and worktop space, and is equipped with a gas cooker and hob, 2 fridges, and sink with drainer.

At the bow is a saloon area with seating on both sides. The boat also benefits from central heating in the two double cabins.

Katie holds a valid Boat Safety Certificate until August 2027. She offers plenty of scope for a new owner to make improvements and updates to suit their needs.
