A 60ft 1990 Terry Babcock 4 berth traditional stern narrowboat.
Don't let this boat's unassuming exterior fool you! On entering the boat through the engine room you go down steps into a super stylish interior, decorated with impeccable taste and furnished with everything needed for a comfortable holiday home or live-aboard.
An area with a cupboard housing a full size, energy efficient washer/tumble drier with shelves above is followed by the bedroom cabin. This has a free standing double bed, of which the frame is moveable large built in wardrobe, port hole windows and an electric heater mounted onto the wall.
Next is a spacious modern bathroom. This has a corner shower cubicle with overhead shower, heated towel rail, sink with storage underneath and a composting toilet.
Along from the bathroom is the galley kitchen. This has a good size fridge with a separate freezer compartment, Paloma water heater, oven with grill and four burner hob and a stainless steel sink with draining board. There is a good sized work surface with ample storage cupboards and drawers. At the end of the work surface area there is a breakfast bar with two high chairs.
The front cabin is the living area. This has two chairs pushed together to make a two seater couch and these can be changed into fold out single beds or a double bed for guests. There is a multi fuel stove and an electric heater mounted onto the wall and built in side units ether side of the front double doors.
The front deck has padded seating on ether side and the gas locker.
Yin Yang also comes with a cratch cover and frame which has been removed for the summer, but is included in the sale. It also cones with a WiFi router and aerial.
This boat was also last blacked in June of this year.
