Marsh Owl offers an excellent opportunity to own a well-maintained ex-hire narrowboat, who has had one careful owner since her retirement from the fleet, designed with generous living space and multiple areas for relaxation. Painted in her original livery of fresh green and red, Marsh Owl benefitted from a fresh blacking and had 8 anodes fitted in October 2025.

Entering from the cruiser stern, you will find the first bedroom cabin, which features flexible sleeping arrangements and can be configured as either two single berths or one double berth. Adjacent to the cabin is the first bathroom, fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

Moving forward through the boat is the first saloon. The area has a sofa bed and a television, creating an inviting space to relax and an extra place for sleeping. There is also wardrobe storage and a side hatch for extra ventilation.

The galley is well equipped with a four-burner hob and cooker, sink, and fridge, along with additional cupboard storage nearby. Beyond the galley is a second saloon, with another sofa bed and a dining table.

The second bathroom is located forward of the saloon and includes a shower, washbasin and toilet.

At the bow is the second bedroom cabin, which also offers flexible accommodation and can be arranged as either two single berths or one double berth.
