Malvolio

Malvolio is a charming 56ft cruiser stern narrowboat, built in 2004 by respected boatbuilder Halco Narrowboats. With her elegant deep blue livery and spacious layout, she offers a comfortable and versatile floating home or leisure cruiser.

Stepping aboard at the stern, you enter a flexible cabin space currently furnished with a sofa bed, offering a cosy lounge area by day and sleeping space by night. This cabin also has the potential to be reconfigured into a more permanent bedroom, with enough room to accommodate either a fixed double bed or two singles, depending on your preference.

Moving forward, the well-appointed bathroom features a glass-screened shower cubicle, a wash basin, cassette toilet, and a heated towel rail, offering all the essentials for comfortable onboard living.

Beyond the bathroom lies the main double bedroom, complete with a fixed double bed, wardrobe, overhead cupboard, and a mirror. It's a restful, private space with ample storage. Beyond the bedroom there is a WC fitted with a pump out toilet and a corner wash basin.

The galley is well-equipped with a gas cooker, sink and drainer, and an under-counter fridge. It boasts generous black marble-effect worktops, sleek black tile splashbacks, and plenty of cupboard space—perfect for preparing meals whether cruising or moored up.

At the bow end of the boat, the saloon offers a highly adaptable layout. It can be used as a dinette that converts into a double berth, or the table can be removed entirely to create a more open, relaxed lounge area. Double doors lead from the saloon onto a good-sized bow deck—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in your surroundings.

Malvolio benefits from central heating throughout, making her comfortable all year round. Her interior layout and thoughtful design offer a rare blend of flexibility and function, suited equally to full-time living or leisurely cruising.
