Ja'Danik is a project boat equipped with practical amenities, offering the foundation for a welcoming and loving home on the waterways.
Entering from the stern of the boat, you step down into the saloon area, which features a stove and an open-plan layout ready for a new owner to make their own. Currently furnished with just two wooden chairs, the space is largely empty and provides a blank canvas with plenty of potential to create a comfortable living and dining area tailored to your own style and needs.
Moving forward through the boat, you enter the galley, which is fitted with a sink, plentiful cupboard storage, and two generously sized windows that allow plenty of natural light to fill the space. The practical layout makes it well suited for everyday use whilst maintaining a bright and airy feel.
The bathroom is equipped with a full-sized bath with a shower overhead, along with a toilet, a washbasin, a mirror and cupboard providing all the essential onboard facilities and a good level of comfort for extended stays.
At the bow of the boat, the bedroom offers a comfortable and private space, complete with a double bed, wardrobe, and additional storage cupboard, making it ideal for both leisure cruising and residential use.
There is also a valid Boat Safety certificate valid until 2nd May 2030.
As a Broker, our understanding is that this vessel should have been built and correctly CE marked to satisfy the requirements of the Recreational Craft Regulations but no such proof has been provided.
