This well-presented narrowboat has been regularly maintained and blacked as part of the BCBM narrowboat fleet.
The versatile design offers a sociable semi-traditional stern, dedicated double bedroom and further flexible living/dining areas that can be converted to provide up to 6 berths in total. Central heating radiators feature throughout plus a solid-fuel stove in the saloon.
The first cabin after entering via the stern steps is the one permanent bedroom which is furnished with a king-sized double bed, wardrobe, and a corner unit with inset washbasin. A handy toilet is in a separate cabin next door.
The main bathroom contains a pump-out wc, shower cubicle with bi-fold doors, and a washbasin with storage underneath.
The galley is particularly well laid out, with inset hob, eye-level oven, under counter fridge, sink and drainer, microwave housing, extendable worktop space and a side hatch for extra ventilation when cooking.
A Pullman-style dinette follows, which can be converted to provide a double bed.
The saloon is situated at the front of the boat, with tv cupboard, solid fuel stove, another L shaped dinette that converts to a double bed, and double doors into a covered bow with 'A' Frame.
As a Broker, our understanding is that this vessel should have been built and correctly CE marked to satisfy the requirements of the Recreational Craft Regulations but no such proof has been provided.
