Benbow

Built and fitted by the respected Liverpool Boat Company, Benbow is a traditionally designed narrowboat, now available for purchase after having been in the care of the current owner for the past 21 years. She comes with an up to date Boat Safety Certificate, valid until October 2028.

The cruiser stern is protected by a weatherproof skirt, and from there a side door leads into a fitted double bedroom with various built-in shelves and cupboards.

A corridor leads forward to the shower room. This is fitted with a shower in one corner, a vanity unit with washbasin and mirror above and a pump-out toilet.

At the fore end is the open plan galley / saloon.
The galley is well equipped with a gas cooker and 12v fridge. Wooden worktops feature a stainless steel sink and drainer and a water heater is situated here.

There are further shelving and cupboard units in the saloon, together with seating and a removable dining table that can be converted to provide a second double bed for guests. Solid wood panelling to walls and ceiling makes for a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the boat.

In one corner of the saloon is an Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove.

Steps and double doors lead on to the front deck which has a cratch frame and cover.
